Hubly is a platform for financial advisors and their teams, aiming to enhance customer experiences by providing efficiency and visibility in process management. The platform helps advisors deliver consistent services at scale, preventing important tasks from falling through the cracks by offering a centralized hub to track client progress and gain visibility across the firm. Key features include automated task reminders, efficient client onboarding, streamlined account opening processes, and smooth employee onboarding. Additionally, the workflow templates help to simplify task organization and prioritization for financial advisory firms.
Over the 11 months as the principal UX consultant, I was deeply immersed in refining both product features and the design system. I collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams, including product, engineering, customer service, growth, and data. We collaborated to introduce new features, improve existing user flow and experience, and to conduct comprehensive audits aimed at streamlining and simplifying the design system.
My scope of responsibilities encompassed various facets, including competitive benchmarking, feature prototyping, active participation in devising user testing strategies with the product team, analysis of research findings, and subsequent implementation of necessary revisions to ensure the successful rollout of enhanced features. Additionally, I conducted a comprehensive assessment of the current product leading to streamlined, defined and simplified the design system.
